Route 30 with beautiful farm land and mountain scenic views. Cross the ferry to Ticonderoga. See the fort and then ride down to Lake George. Back through Fort Ann to the Kitzhof.
This ride takes in most of the local covered bridges (8 bridges),including our own.
It gives you a good idea of one of the main attractions of our area and also takes in some wonderful scenery, towns and villages.
Takes in Massachusetts and Vermont in one ride. Beautiful windy and scenic.Travel down into Mass. on to the famous Mohawk Trail. See some spectacular views. Go through the university town of Williamstown, then back up to historic Bennington. The historic scenic route 7a takes you to he shopping outlet town of Manchester then wind your way back through the ski resort of Stratton.
No matter which way you ride it, this 110 mile loop through Southern Vermont is sure to please, one of the most popular rides through the years. The ride is a perfect blend of curving roads, exceptional scenery, and local attractions. You’ll pass the Dummerston Covered Bridge (longest in the state!) and Hogback Mountain’s 100-mile view. Stop for a tour of the Grafton Cheese factory complete with scrumptious samples, and pop in to an iconic diner.
For a longer ride, trek up the breathtaking landscape of Queechee Gorge; on the way, you can stop at many of the most popular local attractions!
If you want to stick close to home base, this is the ride for you. A beautiful, quiet loop through the Deerfield Valley - pause for lunch in Wilmington or pop over Hogback Mountains 100-mile view.
